High purity polyacrylamide is a linear organic polymer polymer. Because it has many active groups, so it can form hydrogen bonds with many substances affinity and adsorption. Mainly with negative charge flocculation colloid, with turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, bonding and other functions. It plays an important role in the treatment of coal chemical wastewater. As the composition and content of pollutants in coal chemical wastewater are very different, the treatment process is different. Therefore, the type of polyacrylamide selected is also different. In order to achieve a small amount, low cost, good water purification effect, should pass a small test in the laboratory, and then test on the machine, determine the input of PAM polyacrylamide and P value. The use of high purity polyacrylamide:

1, through the trial, determine the better model and dosage;

2. Prepare the product into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1-0.3%, without salt neutral water;

3, dissolve the water, please evenly sprinkle the product into the stirring water, appropriate heating (< 60oC) can accelerate into the solution (stirring time about 40 minutes is better);

4. When preparing polyacrylamide solution in enamel, galvanized, plastic or aluminum barrels, it can not be prepared and stored in iron containers;

5, high purity polyacrylamide in the dissolution process, should also pay attention to the product evenly and slowly added to the solvent with stirring and heating measures. Consolidation should be avoided. The solution should be prepared at an appropriate temperature, and long mechanical cutting should be avoided. It is recommended to rotate the agitator 60-200 RPM, otherwise the polymer will degrade and affect the use effect.

6, when the solution is placed for a long time, the performance of PAM aqueous solution will gradually decline according to the difference in water quality;
