Cationic polyacrylamide polymer organic flocculant has been widely used in sewage treatment industry and has good effect. Because polypropylene is a small white particle, there are many types of molecular models, and the application selection, dissolution, proportion and dosage are strictly controlled, otherwise the sewage treatment effect will be greatly affected, and the effect is not good.

Methods to improve the efficiency of cationic polyacrylamide flocculants:

1. The use of cationic polyacrylamide should be added in batches, that is, part of the flocculant should be added first, and then quickly mixed with water. After an interval of 1~2min, another part of the flocculant was added, and then quickly mixed with water. Usually you add 60% and then 40%.

2, it can reduce the concentration of cationic polyacrylamide configuration. The general anionic configuration is 0.1%, and the cation configuration is 0.2% solution. If the preparation tank is small and the daily dosage is large, the configuration concentration can be diluted before use.

3, if the pH of the sewage is too high, the pH value of the sewage should be adjusted first, and when used with inorganic flocculant, inorganic flocculant should be added before polypropylene.

The use of cationic polyacrylamide does not mean that the higher the molecular weight, the better, nor does it mean that the more the dose, the more obvious the effect. It is necessary to combine the quality of sewage for test selection, take the appropriate proportion and dosage, treat the sewage effect to the appropriate state, reduce drug waste and save costs.
