Anionic polyacrylamide is commonly used as a flocculant for wastewater treatment

Anionic polyacrylamide with what to dissolve, water is anionic polyacrylamide better dissolution medium, general tap water can be used to dissolve anionic polyacrylamide, of course, if conditions permit, can also be used to dissolve pure water, anionic polyacrylamide (PAM) dissolution and use.

1, PAM is an organic polymer compound, divided into anionic type, cationic type and non-ionic type, for white powder or particles, soluble in water, but the dissolution rate is slow.

2. After adding PAM, generally continue to stir for more than 40min to ensure full dissolution.

3, as the dosage of flocculant is generally 1-2ppm, that is, the dosage of about 1-2g of titanium dioxide gold for each treatment of 1 ton of wastewater, the use of anionic type is generally about 0.1% of the aqueous solution, cationic type is 0.1% of 0.5% of the solution can be combined, in the combination of solution, add water in the solution tank, open the blender, Add PAM slowly along the vortex. PAM cannot be added quickly all at once. Otherwise, PAM will clump together to form fish eyes and will not dissolve.

4, anionic polyacrylamide is generally used for wastewater treatment flocculant, cationic type is generally used for sludge dehydration;

Anionic polyacrylamide is insoluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, ether, aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatics. In addition to acetic acid, acrylic acid, chloroacetic acid, ethylene glycol, glycerin, molten urea and formamide, a small amount of organic solution is available. These organic solvents have limited solubility and need to be heated, otherwise they are not of much use.
